IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Future 2000 Technologies Inc. By accessing or using this Platform, you expressly agree to the collection and use of your information as described herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

The Daves Leads platform ("Platform") is owned and operated exclusively by Future 2000 Technologies Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the United States. This Privacy Policy applies solely to users located within the United States. This Platform is intended for use by United States residents only. If you are accessing this Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the Platform, including our website at davesleads.com, any related mobile or web applications, and any other services, sales, marketing, or events offered by Future 2000 Technologies Inc that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). This policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked to or from the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you register, use, or communicate with us through the Platform, including:

  • Identity and contact data: full name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Account credentials: username and hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text)
  • Business information: company name, business address, services offered, years in operation, employee count, licensing numbers, insurance certificates, and certifications
  • Lead submission data: service type requested, project description, location, budget, preferred timeline, and any additional details you choose to provide
  • Financial and transactional data: credit purchase history, transaction IDs — all payment card data is processed exclusively by our third-party payment processor (PayPal) and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers
  • Communications: emails, chat messages, support tickets, and any other correspondence you send to us
  • User-generated content: reviews, feedback, profile photos, and business descriptions you post
  • Government Subcontractor registration data (Government Contracting Portal only): company legal name, authorized representative name and title, business address, Federal Tax ID (EIN), DUNS/SAM UEI number, CAGE code, website URL, and business entity type. Additional sensitive KYC (Know Your Customer) data is described in Section 2.4 below.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Platform, certain information is automatically collected through cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies:

  • Device and browser data: IP address (hashed for privacy), browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language settings
  • Usage and navigation data: pages viewed, features used, links clicked, search queries on the Platform, time and duration of visits, referring and exit URLs
  • Session data: session tokens, authentication state, preference settings (such as display mode)
  • Performance data: page load times, error logs, and crash reports used solely for technical improvement

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect (Standard Accounts)

For standard Consumer and Service Provider accounts, we do not collect Social Security Numbers, government-issued ID numbers or document images, biometric data, precise real-time geolocation, or sensitive health information. We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 18.

Note for Government Subcontractor accounts: As part of a mandatory KYC identity verification process, Government Subcontractor Bidders registered through the Government Contracting Portal are required to provide certain sensitive identifying information. This is described in full in Section 2.4 below.

2.4 Government Subcontractor KYC Data (Government Contracting Portal Only)

Users who register as Government Subcontractor Bidders through the Government Contracting Portal at davesleads.com/gov are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity and business verification process before they may bid on government contracts. During this process, we collect the following sensitive information solely for the purposes of identity verification, eligibility screening, and fraud prevention:

  • Government-issued photo ID: ID type (driver's license, U.S. passport, state ID, or military ID), ID number, issuing state or country, and expiration date
  • Authorized representative personal information: first and last name, title, date of birth, and the last four (4) digits of their Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Business entity details: legal business name, DBA (doing business as) name, business entity type (sole proprietorship, LLC, corporation, S-Corp, partnership, or non-profit), Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN), DUNS/SAM UEI number, CAGE code, date of formation, and state of formation
  • Business and mailing addresses: full street address, city, state, ZIP code, and country for both the principal business location and mailing address (if different)
  • Business references (up to 3): reference company name, contact name, contact title, contact email, contact phone number, business relationship type, project description, approximate contract value, and contract period

IMPORTANT — KYC DATA PROTECTION: All KYC sensitive data (government ID numbers, SSN last 4, EIN) is transmitted exclusively over TLS encryption and stored in access-restricted, encrypted database fields. KYC data is reviewed only by authorized Future 2000 Technologies Inc personnel for verification purposes. It is not shared with other users of the Platform, is not used for marketing, and is not sold. KYC records are retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure to comply with anti-fraud and recordkeeping obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Future 2000 Technologies Inc processes your personal information under the following legal bases:

  • Contractual necessity: to fulfill our agreement with you when you create an account or purchase credits
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, improve, and secure the Platform, detect fraud, and communicate service updates
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws
  • Consent: for optional marketing communications, from which you may opt out at any time

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

  • Creating, maintaining, and authenticating your account
  • Matching consumer lead requests with qualified Service Providers
  • Processing credit purchases and maintaining transaction records
  • Sending transactional notifications (new leads, account activity, payment confirmations)
  • Sending marketing and promotional communications where you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)
  • Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
  • Conducting KYC identity verification reviews for Government Subcontractor Bidder accounts to confirm eligibility to participate in the Government Contracting Portal
  • Processing Government Subcontractor subscription payments and maintaining subscription records
  • Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illegal or abusive activities
  • Analyzing aggregate, anonymized usage trends to improve Platform functionality and user experience
  • Enforcing our Terms of Service and other applicable policies
  • Complying with applicable law, legal process, and lawful government requests
  • Protecting the rights, property, and safety of Future 2000 Technologies Inc, our users, and the public

We will not use your information for any purpose that is incompatible with those described above without your prior consent.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your information only in the limited circumstances described below:

5.1 Lead Matching and Service Delivery

When a verified Service Provider unlocks a consumer lead on the Platform, the lead's contact information (name, email, phone number, and project details) is disclosed to that Service Provider solely for the purpose of following up on that specific request. Service Provider business profiles are visible to consumers as part of the matching process. By submitting a lead request, consumers expressly consent to this disclosure.

5.2 Authorized Service Providers and Vendors

We engage trusted U.S.-based third-party vendors to assist in operating the Platform under contractual data protection obligations:

  • PayPal: payment processing — governed by PayPal's own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards
  • Email and SMS providers: for transactional and marketing communications
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers: for data storage, server operations, and content delivery
  • Analytics providers: for anonymized, aggregate usage analysis only
  • Security and fraud prevention services: to protect Platform integrity

All vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

5.3 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure

We may disclose your information without prior notice if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or lawful government request; (b) enforce our Terms of Service or defend against legal claims; (c) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Future 2000 Technologies Inc, our users, or the public; or (d) respond to an emergency involving the risk of death or serious physical harm.

5.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or substantially all assets of Future 2000 Technologies Inc, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Platform prior to any such transfer, and you will have the opportunity to delete your account before the transfer takes effect.

5.5 Aggregate and De-Identified Data

We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for industry research, analytics, marketing, or other business purposes without restriction.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1 What We Use

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for session management, authentication, and security — cannot be disabled without impacting Platform functionality
  • Functional cookies: remember your preferences such as display settings
  • Analytics cookies: collect anonymized data about Platform usage to help us improve performance

6.2 What We Do Not Use

We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, cross-site tracking technologies, or retargeting scripts. We do not share browsing behavior with advertising networks.

6.3 Your Cookie Choices

You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair Platform functionality. Detailed browser cookie controls are available through your browser's settings menu.

7. Data Security

Future 2000 Technologies Inc employs industry-standard and commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, including:

  • bcrypt-hashed password storage — plaintext passwords are never retained
  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
  • JSON Web Token (JWT) based session authentication with expiration controls
  • CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection on all state-modifying requests
  • Rate limiting and brute-force protection on authentication endpoints
  • Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is reasonably likely to result in harm to you, we will notify affected users as required by applicable U.S. state breach notification laws.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide the Services, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

  • Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus up to 3 years after closure for legal and dispute resolution purposes
  • Transaction records: retained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with U.S. tax and financial recordkeeping requirements
  • Lead data: retained for up to 2 years after a lead is submitted, then anonymized or deleted
  • Support communications: retained for up to 2 years
  • Marketing opt-out records: retained indefinitely to honor your preferences
  • Government Subcontractor KYC records: identity verification data (including government ID details, authorized representative information, EIN, and business reference information) is retained for a minimum of 5 years after account closure to meet anti-fraud, recordkeeping, and compliance obligations. After this period, sensitive fields are securely purged.

Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, preventing fraud, or enforcing agreements.

9. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)

9.1 General Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know / Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Deletion: request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Right to Data Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: we do not sell personal data, but you may submit such a request for confirmation
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

9.2 California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • The right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
  • The right to know the categories of sources from which personal information is collected
  • The right to know the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal information
  • The right to know the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share your data)
  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • The right to delete personal information, subject to certain exceptions

California residents may submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing privacy@davesleads.com or writing to us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We do not discriminate against California residents for exercising their CCPA/CPRA rights.

9.3 Other State Privacy Laws

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other states with enacted comprehensive privacy laws may also have rights similar to those described above. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 15.

9.4 How to Submit a Request

To exercise any privacy right, email us at support@davesleads.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and include your full name, email address associated with your account, your state of residence, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before processing your request.

10. Email and Marketing Communications

We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. All marketing emails we send will: (a) clearly identify Future 2000 Technologies Inc / Daves Leads as the sender; (b) include a valid physical postal address; (c) include a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@davesleads.com. Transactional and account-related emails are not subject to opt-out as they are necessary for the operation of your account.

11. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Platform is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Future 2000 Technologies Inc does not knowingly collect, solicit, or use personal information from any person under the age of 18. This Platform complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at support@davesleads.com.

12. U.S.-Only Platform and Data Residency

The Platform is operated from and intended exclusively for users within the United States. All data is stored and processed on servers located within the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform from outside the United States, you expressly consent to such transfer and processing. Future 2000 Technologies Inc makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Future 2000 Technologies Inc. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Platform. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit and every service you use.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Future 2000 Technologies Inc reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by: (a) posting the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date; (b) sending an email notification to registered users; and/or (c) displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must discontinue using the Platform.
