When a Service Provider unlocks a lead, the lead's contact information (name, email, phone, project details) is shared with that Service Provider so they can follow up. Service Provider business profiles (company name, services, location) are visible to users as part of the matching process.

3.2 Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Platform, including:

  • PayPal: for processing payments
  • Email services: for sending notifications and communications
  • Hosting providers: for storing and serving Platform data

These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Daves Leads, our users, or the public.
